This 1965 Mustang Fastback has an automatic gearbox and a brand new, somewhat uprated 302 cui engine with a new radiator. Ignition system, chassis, steering and underbody are also made new. Beautiful American Racing rims with new tyres. Dashboard. carpets and headliner were redone by the previous owner.
The new seats, heated ones, have been redone in new leather (which should look almost like its original imitation leather) with red piping and neck supports were made as well to match. New carpet was made for the trunk, but the original plastic one is also with the car.
So are the original seats of the "Pony Interior".
Heater and fan, and RetroSound radio, all in original Mustang look, are also new.
The silver Le Mans stripes are stickers, and the "Pacific-blue" paint it still the American paint with some minor traces of use, not really a big deal!
Also in the interior you can see some traces of use, but even these are no big bother.
This Mustang is a great and pleasant driver, because everything works and is great fun.
Of course, all is fully documented and more money went into the car then makes sense. But as we all know that is the way it always goes.
